That's right.....her name is Solveig and she is a bad ass living somewhere in England. Sure, the idea of vandalism is not something that a parent usually encourages a child to do. I could certainly place tattooing in the group as well. But at what point do you allow art, as a form of expression, to take over the creative juices obviously flowing through your child's veins? I'm intrigued, conflicted and strangely fascinated with Solveig. She is 10 years old and is already making her mark on the world....and peoples skin. I don't even have a category for this one. (via notcot)

i'm not sure if i could be the type of parent that could let this go (though i wish i were). but i am sure glad her parents are. it is just this sort of freeedom of expression, fostered at a young age, that gives the world it's greatest artists.

I can't believe that this young lady is a tattoo maker sound amazing , to become a tattoo maker is not easy you need to know the business is not just to make a picture and that it you can't make mistakes other wise you're client won't be happy.

Excellent way to express ideas, I'm agree with that kind of activity because I enjoy so much making art and graffiti in my city, a perfect way to get stress away.

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I'd like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make a good article... but what can I say... I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.
